PUBLIC MEETINGS

The parish council is calling an important public meeting to discuss the Neighbourhood Plan at 7.30 pm on May 20th in the Church.

Please everyone make an effort to be there as this is a good opportunity to establish consensus on a response to the Imperial Masterplan.

(Or not as the case may be!)

Actually, I’m pretty hopeful that we will sing with one voice on the 20th as we also have two warm-up sessions in the next week:

May 9th. The Methodist Chapel. Annual Parish Council Meeting where parish councillors will divide up responsibilities for the coming year. Agenda: 130509PCAgenda

May 13th. The Wolfson Hall. Annual Parish Meeting. Presentations from Tony Shoults (Chair of PC), Steve Wright (borough councillor) and Andrew Wickham (County Councillor) with questions from the floor. Also presentation of the village’s annual awards. Agenda: 130513Annualparishmeetingagenda

May 20th. The Church. Meeting to discuss progress with the Neighbourhood Plan and the village’s response to Imperial College. Draft agenda: 130507npmeetingagenda

Please encourage friends and neighbours to come along to these meetings – particularly the one on the 20th. The more opinion the better.
